Denice Rhoads brings more than 30 years of experience across the healthcare and insurance landscape. She began her career in a health insurance brokerage, gaining hands‑on expertise in plan design, client service, and the operational side of benefits.
Her career expanded into clinical operations when she managed a psychiatry practice for six years, giving her a deep understanding of patient care, provider workflows, and the realities of mental health delivery.
She later served in a regional leadership role for a major insurance carrier, managing provider relations across six states in the Central Region. In that role, she built relationships with hospitals, physicians, and health systems, strengthened network performance, and ensured providers had the support they needed to deliver quality care.
Through these experiences, Denice saw firsthand how confusing and overwhelming Medicare can be for seniors — and how many people were making decisions without the education or guidance they deserved. That gap is what inspired her to open Rhoads Health Insurance Services, Inc. Her agency was built on a simple belief: Medicare beneficiaries deserve clarity, honesty, and someone who will take the time to educate them on all their options.
Today, Denice combines her deep industry knowledge with a heart for service, empowering both Medicare beneficiaries and the agents who serve them. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, education, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate healthcare with confidence.
